3. User Responsibilities
- Users must provide accurate personal information (Name, Passport, Email) as per government IDs.
- The user is responsible for checking visa requirements and travel documents for their destination.
- Any modifications or cancellations requested after booking are subject to the carrier’s (Airline/Cruise) specific policies.
4. Payments and Fees
All prices quoted are in USD unless otherwise specified. The Travel Station reserves the right to charge a professional service fee for processing bookings, changes, or refunds. These fees are non-refundable and are separate from any charges imposed by the travel carrier.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Travel Station shall not be held liable for any flight delays, cancellations, accidents, or loss of baggage caused by the travel carrier. Our liability is limited solely to the professional support services we provide.
